Tomato is believed to benefit the heart. They are good source of lycopene, one of the natural antioxidants. In some research studies, lycopene has been found to help prevent prostate cancer. Lycopene has also been shown to improve skin’s ability to protect against harmful UV rays. Tomato also has been associated with decreased risk of breast cancer, head and neck cacner. They are also good source of vitamin C.
Tuna is a good source of unsaturated fatty acids such as Omage-3 and DHA which can help fullfil the requirement of essential fatty acids our body need (they cannot be made in the body from other substrates and must be supplied in food). Having appropriate amount of tuna, can help in prevention of cancer cell and strengthen our immue system.
Yoghurt is rich in protein, calcium,vitamin B etc. It is believed to promote good gum health because of the probiotic effect of lactiv acids present in yoghurt.
