Grape Apple Juice Recipe
What’s good about it?
Grape is a good soucre of vitamin C and Polyphoenol antioxidant. Polyphoenol antioxidant can reduce the impact of inflammation, such as coronary heart disease, and the reduction of oxidized low density lipoprotein to improve endothelial health. Apple contains polyphenols which is also a strong antioxidant with potential heath benefits. They may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Ingredient: (Serving 1)
Grape 20 pieces
Apple One Apple
Cold Water 200ml
Honey 1tea spoon
Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Ice optional
Procedures:
1. Rinse apple. Peeled and remove seeds. Cored and cut into small pieces.
2. Rinse Grapes. You may peel them (it is optional), and remove seeds.
3. Put apple, grapes, water, lemon juice, and honey into a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds.
4. If you like it cold, you can put some ice on it. And it is ready rto serve!
