What is alkaine diet?

An alkaline diet is a diet that emphasizes fresh fruit, vegetable, grains, protein sources, spices and beverages. Alkaline dieting teaches about correct eating habits and lifestyle compare to typical western diet. After being digested, all foods that we eat release either an acid or an alkaline base into our blood. Meat, grain, fish, and salt etc all produce acid, so in typical Western diet became more acid-producing. However, consumption of fresh friut and vegetables decreased. Alkaline diet is how we should consume more alkaline based food in order to balance the acid food we absorbed.
